Sama Delivery (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates a mobile application for delivery tracking and operational management. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we store and protect it, and your rights. By using the Sama Delivery app you consent to the practices described in this policy.

1.1 Device Identifiers & Push Tokens

We collect device push notification tokens and device identifiers to deliver notifications, support secure sessions, and enable driver communication.

1.2 Account Information

We process login credentials (email/username), a securely stored password (never in plain text), and a user identifier to manage accounts.

1.3 Real-Time Delivery Tracking (Location Data)

When the app is active and the user is logged in as a delivery driver, we collect GPS location data to enable delivery tracking, routing, and proof-of-delivery. We do not track drivers outside delivery operations.

2. How We Use the Data

Your data is used for operational purposes: authenticating users, enabling real-time tracking of active deliveries, sending push notifications, improving delivery accuracy, preventing fraud, and maintaining app security. We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties except as described below.

3. Data Storage

Data is stored on our backend servers and protected using technical and organizational measures. Retention follows our operational, legal, and business requirements; location logs may be deleted periodically.

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third-party services for parts of our platform. Examples include:
